All About Skirts

Feminine: There are few things that say feminine more than skirts.

Here are a few of my favorites from my closet and inspiration. I’m already dreaming of warm summer days  where I’ll be running around in these beautiful pieces.

This Marc by Marc Jacobs skirt is by far my favorite. The flattering tulip shape accentuates the waist and suits my curvy lower body shape. Style it up or down. Here I’ve chosen a simple t-shirt, a statement necklace, and a pastel clutch. Although you can’t see it I’m wearing neon pink heels that match the color of the skirt.

Skirt: Marc by Marc Jacobs, T-shirt: HM, Clutch: Enzo Polli, Shoes: Ivanka Trump
Necklace: Bik Bok, Skirt: Zara, T-shirt: HM

This skirt is golden caramel, feels like silk, and has a beautiful slit. What isn’t to love? The jewelry I’m wearing is gold, and although I prefer silver (looks more expensive) this combination really works. Maxi skirts are great for most occasions and you can easily dress them up or down. To accentuate the waist further you can add a belt. This style is pretty on most bodies, so don’t hesitate to buy!

Skirt by Yigal Azrouel, shirt by Acne, bag by Mulberry, sunglasses by Ralph Lauren and shoes by Office. I like the balance between the tight skirt and loose blouse.

Kayture in Paris
Vintage top, HM skirt, Louis Vuitton bag and shoes, Zara coat

Kayture is always an inspiration to me. A few weeks back I was in Stockholm and saw this skirt at HM and fell in love with it. Unfortunately they didn’t have my size, but seeing it worn so well makes me happy.
